At Bivouac Outdoor I ran the tender process for print media suppliers, digital developers and courier partners. It cut operating costs by 9%. I also managed the major relationships with our outdoor industry brand partners.

At The New Zealand Merino Company I wrote the RFP for ZQRX and managed the development partner through the build. At PGG Wrightson I ran RFPs for new website platforms across four businesses.

A good supplier relationship is a working partnership, not a purchase order. I write clear briefs, score fairly, and keep the supplier honest and informed. The cheapest quote is rarely the cheapest project.
