Project Management
Co-founding TwoScoops meant I couldn't hide behind a project management title, I had to actually run projects while building the business around them at the same time. Earlier, at United Media Solution, I was coordinating digital execution across domestic and international brands in the same group, which meant juggling different time zones, priorities, and expectations without dropping any of them.
That's taught me project management isn't paperwork, it's the thing standing between a good idea and a client actually getting it on time. Most delays don't come from hard technical problems. They come from unclear decisions sitting unresolved because nobody wanted to make the call.
I'd rather make a fast, slightly imperfect decision and adjust than let a project stall while everyone waits for consensus.
