At The New Zealand Merino Company I wrote the RFP for ZQRX, a regenerative wool platform, and managed its build. I also built the DAM and CRM that let sales and marketing work across time zones.

At ChristchurchNZ I led the merge of 14 legacy websites into one, after the organisation itself merged. It ran in phases. At Bivouac Outdoor, three platform upgrades cut operating costs by 15%. At PGG Wrightson I sat on the Innovation Accelerator steering group.

Technology is the easy part of transformation. The hard part is people who liked the old way. I bring them in early, show them what gets easier, and don't switch anything off until the new thing works.
