Business Mentoring

From 2022 to 2023 I was business mentor to the Shutl team, now WorkRide, on marketing, digital and communications. They are changing how people travel to work, and mentoring is where I like to help: one clear conversation at a time, with people who are building something.

I also sat on the Community of Strangers and InCommon working groups, and coached runners at Extra Mile Runners for five years. All of it taught me the same lesson. Good mentoring is mostly questions. People usually know the answer. They need someone to ask the right question first.
