I’ve been experimenting with the new NotebookLM over the weekend, and I hate to say it, but the audio output is outstandingly similar to how current podcasts are structured and delivered. Here we’ve got 2 AI ‘hosts’ actually having a conversation with each other about a topic. It’s not just good, it’s pretty incredible for 1 minute of crunching the data.
It’s conversational.
It’s personable.
It’s funny.
It understand context.
It knows how to structure sentances to keep listeneres interested for longer.
…and this was just entering in a website into the input field, let alone multiple documents to release a fully blown deep dive into a topic.
I’ll report back later this week on how the full detail goes… but this is just the beginning of information sharing via audio.
